Over the past 25 years I've embarked on a deep journey with the profound intention of self realization and to uncover my souls purpose (dharma).
My path has and will always be one of self-discovery, where I seek to uncover the depths of my being, unravel the mysteries of my existence, and align with my authentic purpose.
I've had such a deep thirst to learn anything that has called my heart through years of mentoring, courses, retreats, workshops and books. It's been such a transformative journey and I've quantum leapt to arrive where I am today and shaped who I am.

It's been a process of soul nurturance and of unfolding the truths, discovery, growth and shifts. I've danced through the past 25 years of my awakening as a Reiki practitioner, massage therapist, doula, yoga teacher, shadow work practitioner, medicine woman, spiritual life coach and singer (under my artist name of Astara).

I discovered the incredible potential that lies within each individual – the power to rewrite their story, break free from self-imposed limitations and create a life that aligns with their truest self.

My purpose is to be a guiding light for those are ready to step out of the shadows and into a life of their dreams. I am so passionate about supporting others in transforming their lives and empowering them to operate from a place of alignment and uncover their own gifts, passions and dreams.
I am also so driven by the belief that every person deserves to experience the profound joy that comes from living authentically where they can truly feel safe, been seen, heard and embrace a journey of self-love, growth, and empowerment, thus creating a New Earth.
