My path has always been one of self-discovery - a deep exploration of the depths of my being, the mysteries of existence and aligning with my soul’s truest purpose.

For over 25 years, I’ve walked this path with a heartfelt intention to uncover my soul’s dharma and embrace the wisdom it holds. Guided by curiosity and a deep calling, I’ve poured myself into mentoring, courses, retreats, workshops, podcasts and books that have spoken to my heart. Each experience has been a gift, a step in shaping the woman I am today.

This journey has been one of soul nourishment - an unfolding of truths, profound growth and transformation. Along the way, I’ve stepped into many roles, each one rooted in love and purposeful intention: Reiki practitioner, massage therapist, doula, yoga teacher, shadow work guide, medicine woman, spiritual life coach and also singer and recording artist (known as Astara).
