5-week sacred offering for women in safe houses
A soft place to land. A space to remember your light.
There are times in life when everything we’ve known begins to crumble and in the midst of that, you found the strength to choose safety. That choice alone holds so much power.
Now, this journey is about coming home to you.
This is a sacred five-week container, a space for deep rest, reconnection and healing.
You’ll be held in softness.
You’ll be honoured in your wholeness.
And you’ll be supported as you remember the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, dimmed, or forgotten.
This isn't about fixing you. You are not broken.
It’s about remembering. Reconnecting. Reclaiming.
What to expect
We begin on June 5th at 1pm (BST) and each session will last around an hour. Sessions will take place via Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own space.
Each week, we’ll explore a different theme to support you on your healing journey. We’ll also be joined by our special guest speaker, Juanita Wright, an Akashic Record healer. Juanita will share her powerful story of moving through the deep wounds of abuse and how she found healing, strength and purpose on the other side. Her journey is one of courage and remembrance, and her presence will add a beautiful layer of depth and inspiration to our circle.
There will also be a WhatsApp group where you’ll receive gentle reminders, reflections and supportive messages throughout the journey.
Week 1: Grounding & Safety & Rituals
We begin by creating a space that feels safe, grounding, and nourishing. You’ll be guided through calming meditation to relax your nervous system support and simple practices to help you land gently in your body and feel deeply held.
Together, we’ll explore the Four Fs of trauma response - fight, flight, freeze and fawn and how these survival patterns can become somatically stored in the body and how they show up in patterns.
If you're not familiar with it, you'll be gently introduced to EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) — a somatic practice that uses light tapping on specific meridian points to calm the nervous system and release stuck energy.
This week, we’ll use it to begin softening the surface layers of stress, helping your body feel safer and slowly rebuilding trust within.
As we start to meet ourselves with tenderness and curiosity, these practices are not about fixing, but about listening — to the whispers of your body, to the parts of you that may not have felt safe to be seen or felt.
Through breath, stillness, and ritual, this week lays the foundation for the deep and transformative work to come.
Rituals and practices - We’ll reflect on ways to weave small acts of self-honouring into daily life , speaking kindly to yourself,, movement that helps you feel strong and connected and building capacity to regulate your nervous system.
Week 2: Inner Child Connection
This week, we gently turn towards the younger parts of ourselves — the inner child who may have felt unseen, unheard or overwhelmed. Many of us carry unresolved emotions from early life experiences, especially if our needs weren’t met with consistent safety, care, or presence.
When trauma or disconnection occurs in childhood, these emotions often stay stored in the body. We may grow up, but those younger parts still long to be held, soothed, and acknowledged. Rather than pushing them away, we begin to create a safe space for reconnection.
You’ll be guided through nurturing meditation and reflective practices to meet your inner child — with compassion, curiosity, and gentleness. This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about showing up for yourself in the way you always needed.
Rituals and practices – Through guided writing, simple visualisation, and somatic awareness, you’ll begin to rebuild that sacred relationship with the child within. You’ll be invited to listen, offer comfort and begin to create the safety that was perhaps missing - laying foundations for deep healing and emotional integration.
Week 3: Breathnosis with Ami Hubbard
This week, we’ll be joined by the incredible Ami Hubbard, who will guide you through Breathnosis — a powerful and deeply soothing blend of breathwork and hypnosis. This unique practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and subconscious healing — helping you access deeper states of inner calm, clarity, and self-connection.

Week 4: Honouring the Wound, Remembering the light with Juanita Wright
This week, we’ll be joined by Juanita Wright, who will hold space for a deeply honest and heart-led conversation around healing, self-worth and reclamation. Her presence brings a quiet strength — a lived understanding of what it means to rise from pain with grace. Through her story and the energy she carries, you’ll be invited to reflect on your own journey with compassion, to honour the parts of you that have been silenced, and to remember the light that was never lost.
Week 5: Releasing & Letting Go & Coming Home to Wholeness
This week offers space to feel and release what no longer needs to be carried. Through simple yet powerful rituals, like writing letters, symbolic releasing and forgiveness rituals you’ll be invited to lay down old burdens.
It’s not about rushing healing, but honouring the parts ready to be let go.
Our closing week is a sacred ceremony of integration and visioning. Through guided meditation, journaling, and intention-setting rituals, you’ll plant seeds for the life you’re choosing to create - whatever that looks like for you.
You’ll be celebrated for your courage and supported as you prepare to carry this work into your daily life.
