Ayahuasca & Soul Remembrance: What She Showed Me

It’s hard to put into words what a journey with Ayahuasca truly does. The medicine is not something you “take.” She is a teacher, a mirror, a guide. She opens the hidden chambers of your being and shows you both the shadows and the light.

During my recent time in Colombia, I sat with her again and what unfolded was raw, beautiful, and soul-expanding. She showed me streams of codes cascading down, like rivers of light pouring into my body. In that light, I saw the truth so clearly: we are already worthy. Already divine. Already whole.

What stood in the way were not flaws within me - but the stories I’d been carrying. Old patterns. Doubts. Conditioning. The voices that whispered “not enough.”

Ayahuasca stripped these back and reminded me that those stories are not who I am. Beneath them, there is a soul remembrance waiting to rise.

The medicine also taught me the importance of recalibration - that rest and play are not indulgences, but medicine too. Integration is not just about processing the visions, but about weaving them into daily life. For me, that has meant giving myself permission to soften, to laugh, to take joy in the small things.

This journey has deepened my work in The Temple Spaces. Whether in ceremony, breath, or coaching, my intention is always to help others reconnect to that same truth: that the essence of who you are has never been broken. The medicine simply reminds us.

Next May 2026, I will be co-facilitating a sacred journey back to Colombia with my soul sister Ami Hubbard, who weaves breathwork and hypnosis in the most beautiful way. Together, we’ll guide a small group into this work of remembrance. It’s not for everyone - Ayahuasca calls who she calls - but if you feel that pull deep in your bones, you’ll know.

This isn’t just about sitting in ceremony. It’s about returning to yourself. A homecoming. A remembering.
