Vādma - A Nervous System Reset

Vādma is an Ayurvedic neuro-somatic practice that brings together conscious touch, breath, massage and sensory experiences to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

For those who spend so much of their lives thinking, doing, giving and holding everything together, Vādma offers an opportunity to experience something different. A space where the body can begin to soften, the mind can settle and you can simply allow yourself to be.

Each experience is deeply personal, and no two sessions are ever quite the same.

What is Vādma?

Vādma (also written Vadma) is an Ayurvedic neuro-somatic practice that brings together ancient body wisdom with modern approaches to understanding the nervous system.

Our bodies can hold onto stress and protective responses long after an experience has passed. Vādma works with the relationship between the body and nervous system through conscious touch, breath, massage and sensory experiences, creating an opportunity to move towards deeper rest.

Vādma is completely substance-free. No DMT, psychedelics or other substances are taken, and the practice doesn't rely on intense breathwork. The experience unfolds through the body's own responses.

Some people experience profound stillness, emotional release, lightness or a greater connection with their bodies. For others, the experience may be much more subtle. Every session is different, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Meet Your Vādma Practitioner

Vādma is the newest chapter in a journey that has spanned over thirty years of exploring healing, consciousness and the connection between the body and mind.

My curiosity has always taken me beyond what I already know, and that curiosity led me to Mallorca, where I trained to become a Certified Vādma Practitioner in October 2026.

It was one of the most demanding trainings I've undertaken. It challenged me, stretched me and deepened my appreciation of just how much we have yet to understand about the body and its extraordinary capacity for experience.

Today, I bring Vādma into The Temple Spaces, alongside the experience, intuition and understanding I've developed over the years.

For me, this work is deeply personal. I understand the trust involved in allowing someone to work so closely with your body, and I approach every session with care, respect and sensitivity.

My intention is to offer you a space where you can step away from the outside world and experience Vādma in your own way.

Vādma offers an opportunity to explore a different relationship with your body, to soften, to surrender and to discover what may unfold when you allow yourself to be fully present.

I offer private Vādma sessions in Denham, Buckinghamshire, near London, with group experiences also available.

If you're curious about Vādma and would like to explore whether it's right for you, I'd love to hear from you.
