From there the journey unfolds like ceremony - breathwork to release fear and anchor presence, Closing of the Bones to hold you in reverence, EFT to release old patterns and soften the nervous system back into safety, meditation to meet your Highest Self and weave intentions for the cycle ahead, sound healing to harmonise body and spirit, moments of silence where truth rises on its own.
